How to cook (2~3 servings)
1. Soak ribs in cold water to drain blood. (If you add refined rice wine together, it doesn't smell bad.)
2. Blanch the blood-free ribs in boiling water for about 10 minutes and cool them in cold water.
3. Boil ribs, seasoning, and water in a pot over high heat for 10 minutes.
4. Add the remaining vegetables, cover them, boil them over medium heat for 30 minutes, add onions and complete them.
