When will my product reach?

Our products are delivered within a weeks time, however it might take time in few places due to climatic conditions. Please contact us with your Order ID or you can also track your order from here.


What is your return policy?

Returns, refunds and exchanges depends on the product that you buy from us.


How Can I change or cancel my order?

To change or cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours, however if you contact after the mention hrs or if the items have been delivered then you will have to follow our returns procedure.


What are the shipping costs?

The shipping cost includes several variables, like the weight of the package, type of delivery, and the average cost of the delivery companies costs. As of now it is free delivery in Thimphu but you might have to bear the shipping charges as per Bhutan Post.


Do you ship internationally?

We're sorry, but we do not ship to international destinations but soon we will start shipping international destination. We will keep you informed on any kind of progress.


What are your shipping options?

We deliver ordered item within Thimphu for free and we use the Bhutan Post service to deliver to other Dzongkhags to which charges maybe applied.


How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?

- Order deliveries inside Thimphu should expect to get their requests within few days upon payment confirmation relying upon the volume of requests received.

-Order deliveries outside of Thimphu should expect to get their orders within a week or two after payment has been verified.


My account is not confirmed what to do?
