When will my product reach?

Our products are delivered within a weeks time, however it might take time in few places due to climatic conditions. Please contact us with your Order ID or you can also track your order from here.


How can I return or replace an item?

If you wish to return/replace an item, you can call our customer service team on +975-17611533, +975-77131319. Our team will process your return/replace issue and call you back.

Remember to return/replace you item within 24 hours from the time of delivery.



How can I change or cancel my order?

For any changes or cancellation of your order, please call us within 24 hours from the order confirmation time. 

If in case you contact us after the stipulated time, you will have to comply with our return policy.


What are the shipping costs?

We provide FREE delivery within Thimphu dzongkhag.

For the rest of the dzongkhags, the shipping cost will include several variables, like the weight of the package, type of delivery, and the average cost of the delivery companies costs. Since we use Bhutan Post, you have to bear the shipping charges as per Bhutan Post.


Do you ship internationally?

We're afraid we do not ship to international destinations as of now. However, we will keep you informed on any such progress.


What are your shipping options?

Order deliveries within Thimphu is FREE. 

With regards to the rest of the dzongkhags, we use Bhutan Post Services to which delivery charges maybe applied.


How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?

- Order deliveries within Thimphu should expect to get their order delivered within 24 hours upon payment confirmation depending on the volume of requests received.

-Order deliveries from the rest of the dzongkhag should expect to get their order within a week or two after payment has been verified.


My account is not confirmed what to do?

Sometimes due to network congestion from the SMS gateway provider, the system fails to send activation SMS, please call us on any of these number to activate your account manually 17611533/77131316.
