delay in the reimbursement and expensive transportation charge ....inconvenient for long distant customers.....
doesn't seem a friendly shopping for low income people ...

Thank you for your feedback la. In your case, you had placed the order yesterday and the order was shipped to your location yesterday itself la.
As an e-commerce website, we provide FREE delivery in Thimphu but when it comes to other dzongkhags, we use Bhutan Post delivery service. Your delivery amount is fixed by Bhutan Post and it was already deducted from your purchase.
Our delivery team sent your order through taxi which ended up costing Nu.300 la.
When it comes to reimbursement, any refund will take a minimum of 24 hours to be processed. In your case, your refund was done today in the morning la. (we hope you have received it)
For the inconvenience you have faced, we would like to apologise and would like to assure you that we are always working to make our service better. We know it is difficult while delivering to other dzongkhags as it entails transportation and lot of time.

contacts given are not responsive and got the order without any package. Should have proper package with zala as delivery brand on it. lot more to go..

Thank you for the feedback la. With regards to not being responsive, our team and the entire office was out of town for 2 days (Sunday & Monday). The evening of Monday was when we resumed the delivery la. We apologise for not packing your product properly and on that we shall inform our packaging team la.
