All good regarding the products and delivery. However, I would like to provide a suggestion la. When I was registering, I had to type 3 letters minimum under the ‘last name’ which resulted in my last name being misspelled as ‘Omm’ instead of ‘Om’. Hence, if it’s possible, could you reduce the minimum letters required to 2 la.

Thank you for the rating la. With regards to your order, your order was placed on the 11th of Sep and as per our records you received your order on the 20th of Sep.

As your order was to be delivered to Trashigang, we used Bhutan Post Delivery Service and this month had been filled with festivals due to which all the government offices were closed la.

These are some of the reasons why your order took time to be delivered and for other dzongkhags it normally takes around a week to be delivered la.

As an eCommerce website, we want to make it convenient for all the shoppers around Bhutan and we are working on making the delivery convenient la.
