One pkt dal and one mango fruit drink missing from my order. Had ordered 2 nos each, but received only one of each.
Same experience with my earlier order.

I have always appreciated the service and prices offered by Zala.bt. I think its one of the best we can find here around. My only suggestion would be, when you deliver oil items of any sort try to pack it separately or use some sort of other sealing process. My grocery items are all soaked in oil because the oil bottle was packed together in the cartoon.

Just have one suggestion la. Its about delivery timing. Would be glad if you can give us exact timing or notify us 10-30 minute before delivery la. That way we can focus on our own work la.
