Cooking Instructions:
Pan-fry: Thaw in fridge and do not refreeze. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and pan-fry each side of Crab-Style Cake for 2-3 minutes over medium heat or until thoroughly cooked.
Oven bake: Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 200°C and cook Crab-Style Cake for 12-14 minutes or until thoroughly cooked (oven temperature may vary).
Air-fry: Cook from frozen. Preheat air fryer to 160°C and cook Crab-Style Cake for 10-12 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
Cook until internal temperature reaches minimum at 74°C.
