Service is pretty good but the charges is bit high for delivering to other Dzongkhag’s. I feel that delivery charges should be changed based on the weight and size of the package. Thank you.

For the far place delivery charge is very high even for some item from the actual price delivery charge is more la
And again I thought to order hair clipper but all are out of stock so when there will be stock la

Thank you for your honest feedback. The delivery weight is calculated based on the weight of your order la. If your delivery weight is less than 250gm, the delivery charge is calculated based on that weight. You can keep adding products or removing it and see the changes on your delivery charge. I ordered an induction cooker but after plugging it in, it won't function. It jst beeps with a reading saying "E4" and when i looked it up at the manual, E4 means supply voltage too low. I am sure our BPC supplies the normal voltage between 220-240v. And my last friend who also bought one had no issues. So i am wondering whether my product is faulty, ?.
