Printed bill copies for customers are not required as we can track on the app as well and see our shopping list.

Firstly, thank you so much for the great rating la. About your suggestion we will talk with our management and work on it. However, many of our customers, they ask for the invoice that's why we made it. Especially, if a customer is purchasing items for their office la. Thank you.

Sorry for the inconvenience la. You have ordered the item today, it will take at least a weeks time for your product to reach at your destination(Lhuntse). We will sent your parcel by bus as soon as possible and also sent you the driver's details.

Service is very good, the delivery guys are very friendly and polite..
On the website part, the items in my shopping Cart doesn't get saved is when I add something and decide to come back later. It would be really helpful if it gets saved so I can keep adding things as I remember.
